3. Only receipts from registered Anker retail stores and Soundcore official partner stores for purchases made from April 15, 2024, to May 15, 2024 will be considered valid. One official single receipt is equivalent to one raffle entry.

9. The grand winner will be announced on the official Facebook page of Soundcore Philippines after the online event on June 5, 2024.

10. Winners will be notified by the Organizing Committee (OC) through registered mail, followed by SMS, phone calls, and website announcements. Prize may be claimed within 60 days upon receipt of registered notice, otherwise, prize will be forfeited upon prior approval of DTI.

11. The winner will undergo a verification process done by the Anker Innovation Marketing team.

12. Nauts and Vectors Company, Inc. - reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning raffle entry. In the event that the winner is disqualified, NAVCO Inc. reserves the right to redraw another qualified winner.

13. The winners shall receive the prize via online channels (vouchers) or pickup (physical vouchers) upon verification and will be contacted by the team for further instructions. For those in a different region, the prize/s will be sent to our on-ground local coordinators, who will handle the release and documentation.

14. Nauts and Vectors Company Inc. will shoulder the winner's tax relating to the raffle prize as well as any delivery fees within the Philippines that may be applicable.

15. Nauts and Vectors Company Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with concurrence with DTI.

16. By participating in the raffle, winners agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Nauts and Vectors Company Inc. relating to the draw. The winner agrees to publicize their name and photograph in such mode and manner as NAVCO Inc. considers fit (i.e., the winner's name to be published on the official website and social media pages).

17. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Nauts and Vectors Company Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

18. Employees of Soundcore, Nauts and Vectors Company Inc., or any of its related partners for this draw, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and any other party who is directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the draw are not eligible to join the raffle.
